Click "Forgot your password?" above the email field to receive a reset link. Allow up to 15 minutes for delivery. If it still doesn't work, watch for look-alike characters — lowercase "l" vs. capital "I", or letter "O" vs. zero "0".

Click "Sign Up" and complete the registration form with your email, name, phone, and Registration Key. Your Registration Key can be found in your welcome letter or closing documents.
